Summarize with AI

Your orders went up, and your Yotpo bill went up with them. For most stores, Judge.me is the cheapest swap: $15 a month is the most it charges. Google Seller Ratings, which Yotpo keeps on Pro from $119 a month, come with REVIEWS.io's $19 Launch plan. All seven Yotpo alternatives here can take the reviews you export.

At a glance

Which Yotpo alternative costs least at your order count?

Yotpo bills its reviews app by monthly orders, so the fair test is one order count. Here is each app at 500 orders a month, and how it takes your Yotpo reviews.

Judge.me Leaving Yotpo on price Yes, unlimited reviews $0, or $15 on Awesome You upload the export, or its support team does it

Yotpo Where you are now Up to 50 orders a month Starter $89, Pro $169 Exports a file on every plan

Before you compare

Which part of Yotpo are you replacing?

Every app below replaces Yotpo Reviews. Yotpo's email and text tools ended in December 2025, and Yotpo Loyalty runs on its own, free to start with paid tiers from $199 a month.

Yotpo's price

How much does Yotpo Reviews cost in 2026?

Yotpo's pricing page with the Reviews & UGC tab open at 500 monthly orders: Starter at $89 a month and Pro at $169 a month, with Premium and Enterprise on custom quotes.

Yotpo Reviews is free up to 50 orders a month. Above that, both paid plans rise with your orders, as the order slider on Yotpo's pricing page shows.

Orders a month Starter Pro
0 to 99 $15 $119
100 to 199 $24 $119
200 to 299 $59 $119
300 to 599 $89 $169

3,000 to 3,999 Not offered $329
4,000 to 5,999 Not offered $379

Starter adds photo and video collection, Google Rich Snippets and resending a review request by hand. Google Seller Ratings, AI review summaries and custom questions start on Pro, by Yotpo's listing. The slider stops at 5,999 orders. Premium and Enterprise are sold by custom quote. Yotpo may bill you outside your Shopify invoice.

How we picked

How did we pick these Yotpo alternatives?

Each app sends review requests, prints its prices on its listing and can bring over your Yotpo reviews. We ranked them by why stores leave Yotpo, starting with a bill that climbs with orders, then by how much of Yotpo each one matches. For why the stars sell at all, see social proof. Alternative 1 · Judge.me

Yotpo vs Judge.me: can $15 a month replace Yotpo?

The Judge.me Product Reviews App listing on the Shopify App Store, with its summary and screenshots.

Your Yotpo price climbs as your monthly orders grow. Judge.me's pricing page says "$15 per month is the most you can ever pay us."

The Forever Free plan keeps unlimited product and store reviews, photo and video reviews included. It also carries the review widget, the star badge, Google rich snippets and a reviews importer.

Awesome, at $15 a month with a 15-day free trial, adds auto-reminders, Q&A and Google Shopping. AI replies, summaries and translations come with it, plus Meta and TikTok Shop sync and 130+ integrations, Klaviyo among them.

To move, upload your Yotpo export yourself, or send the file to Judge.me's support team and it runs the migration. The gap: the floating reviews tab waits for Awesome too, while Yotpo puts its Reviews Tab on every plan.

Best for: you are leaving Yotpo on price.

Alternative 2 · Junip

Yotpo vs Junip: what changes when no plan caps your orders?

The Junip Product Reviews App & AI listing on the Shopify App Store, with its summary and screenshots.

Your requests go out by the thousand, a handful of reviews come back, and every one of those orders counts toward the Yotpo bill. Junip prices no plan by orders: its listing promises unlimited orders and reviews on all of them.

Free sends unlimited review request emails, with review forms built for phones, product page widgets and rich snippets. Core, at $29 a month, adds review requests with media, incentives and review replies. Growth, at $79, adds Google Shopping, TikTok Shop, Meta Shops, Klaviyo, Postscript and, by its listing, the Shop app. Premium is $299, and each paid plan comes with a 7-day free trial.

Junip's listing names Yotpo among the apps it migrates from. You export from Yotpo, then bring the reviews in yourself under “Manage Reviews” in Junip.

The gap: Q&A is not on its plan cards, and on Free you cannot reply to a review.

Best for: your store is growing and sends a lot of review requests.

Alternative 3 · Loox

Yotpo vs Loox: which is better for photo and video reviews?

The Loox Product Reviews App listing on the Shopify App Store, with its summary and screenshots.

Your products sell when shoppers see them on a real person, and a line of text does not do that. Loox offers shoppers a discount for a photo review, even on its free plan.

Beginner is free up to 500 orders. It sends review request emails and reminders, and carries 17+ widgets and Google rich snippets, with your reviews sent to the Shop app.

Video reviews need Convert: $49.99 a month for 300 orders, plus $50 for each 300 more, with a 14-day free trial. At 500 orders a month that is $99.99. Convert also adds AI sorting, summaries, translations and replies, and sends your reviews to Google, Meta and TikTok. Unlimited costs $299.99 a month.

To move, open “Manage Reviews” in Loox, then “Import Reviews”, pick “Yotpo” and upload the file as Yotpo sent it. Loox emails you a summary. The gap: Q&A is not on its plan cards, and Convert climbs in steps of 300 orders.

Best for: your products sell on photos.

Alternative 4 · Okendo

Yotpo vs Okendo: which gives you more orders for $119?

The Okendo: Reviews & Loyalty listing on the Shopify App Store, with its summary and screenshots.

You leaned on Yotpo Pro's AI review summaries and Q&A, then your orders passed 299 and Pro went from $119 to $169. Okendo's Growth plan costs $119 and covers up to 1,500 orders, with AI review summaries, AI review keywords, a Q&A widget and TikTok Shop.

Free covers 50 orders a month, with automated review request emails, review rewards, Google SEO snippets and moderation. Essential costs $19 up to 200 orders and Power $299 up to 3,500, with a 14-day free trial.

Okendo's team leads a move from Yotpo: product and store reviews, ratings, attribute and question data, photos and video. Okendo's blog says a reviews move can take 1 to 4 weeks, which it calls a recommended timeline, not a hard requirement.

The gap: the price still climbs with orders, and the free plan stops at 50, as Yotpo's does. Essential and Growth get a guided setup with email support and weekly office hours, and a dedicated onboarding manager starts on Power.

Best for: you used Yotpo's Pro tools and outgrew its price.

Alternative 5 · REVIEWS.io

Yotpo vs REVIEWS.io: where do Google Seller Ratings cost less?

The REVIEWS.io Product Reviews App listing on the Shopify App Store, with its summary and screenshots.

On Yotpo, Google Seller Ratings start on Pro at $119 a month. REVIEWS.io puts them on Launch, at $19, with Google Rich Snippets and Review Nuggets.

The free plan sends 25 review invites a month and collects product and company reviews, photos and video included. By its listing, it also works with Klaviyo and the Shop app. Launch sends 50 invites. Launch Plus, at $45, sends 500 and adds an AI review summary and Expert Answers, its Q&A. There is a 14-day free trial.

REVIEWS.io counts invites, not orders, so inviting every order at 500 a month takes Launch Plus. Yotpo is on its import list, but imports run only on a paid plan, within your first 90 days.

The gap: that 90-day window, and a bill that may sit outside your Shopify invoice.

Best for: Google Seller Ratings and store reviews in one app.

Alternative 6 · Klaviyo Reviews

Yotpo vs Klaviyo Reviews: which fits if you already email with Klaviyo?

The Klaviyo: Product Reviews listing on the Shopify App Store, with its summary and screenshots.

Your emails run on Klaviyo while your reviews sit in another app's account. Klaviyo Reviews keeps them in the account you already send from, with requests by email and text message, custom questions, coupons and video reviews.

It is an add-on to a paid Klaviyo email plan, billed by monthly orders: free up to 50, $25 up to 250, then $90 up to 1,000. No tier sits between 250 and 1,000, so 500 orders a month costs $90. Once your orders pass your tier for the month, further requests pause until the next billing cycle.

To move, open “Website”, then “Reviews”, the “All reviews” tab, “Options” and “Import reviews”. Yotpo is a supported source, custom questions included, and videos come across up to 200 MB each.

The gap: two charges, the review add-on and the paid Klaviyo email plan it needs.

Best for: you already pay for Klaviyo email.

Alternative 7 · Stamped

Yotpo vs Stamped.io: who moves your reviews for you?

The Stamped Product Reviews & UGC listing on the Shopify App Store, with its summary and screenshots.

You have years of reviews in Yotpo and no afternoon to move them. Stamped's listing offers free review migration with email support: "Our team migrates your reviews for you."

Every plan lists reviews written inside the request email, photo and video reviews, and Google and Klaviyo integrations. The listing also names Q&A, rich snippets, and sync to Google Shopping, Meta and the Shop app.

Plans run by orders: $23 up to 200, $99 up to 1,000, $199 up to 5,000 and $399 up to 20,000. The gap: no free plan, and a price that climbs with orders, as Yotpo's does.

Best for: you want the move done for you.

The bigger names

Yotpo vs Trustpilot, Feefo, Bazaarvoice and PowerReviews: are they like for like?

Not for most Shopify stores. Trustpilot leads with store reviews, Feefo jumps from free to $199, and Bazaarvoice and PowerReviews print no prices.

Yotpo vs Trustpilot

Trustpilot sells store reviews first, with product reviews as an add-on. Its Shopify app is free for 50 invitations a month and one widget, then $1,188 a year for 100 invitations or $3,828 for 300.

Yotpo vs Feefo

Feefo's Shopify app has a free plan, then Essential 200 at $199 a month. It connects with Google Seller Ratings and Google Shopping.

Yotpo vs Bazaarvoice

Bazaarvoice prints no prices. Ratings and reviews come in three packages, each sold with a setup service, and the top one sends your reviews to retailers through the Bazaarvoice Network.

Yotpo vs PowerReviews

PowerReviews has no public price: you ask for a demo. It sells to brands and retailers, and shares shopper reviews across their sites.

What to match

What should you match before you leave Yotpo?

  • Your reviews. Yotpo exports them on every plan, but Q&A cannot come along. Shopify's rule is that reviews moved between apps by file no longer show in the Shop app.
  • Verified Buyer badges. If you imported older reviews into Yotpo, they kept their Verified Buyer label only on Premium and Enterprise. Every other plan brought them in as anonymous. Ask your new app whether the badge survives the move before you switch.
  • Google stars. Rich snippets come free on Judge.me, Loox, Okendo and Junip. Google Seller Ratings start at $19 on REVIEWS.io Launch, against $119 on Yotpo Pro.
  • Photos and video. Judge.me takes both on its free plan. Loox keeps video for Convert, and Junip lists review requests with media from Core.
  • Q&A. It comes with Judge.me Awesome, Okendo Growth, REVIEWS.io Launch Plus and Stamped. Klaviyo Reviews lists custom questions.
  • Review requests. A shopper picks the wrong star rating and asks to fix it, but resending a request by hand starts on Yotpo Starter. Loox sends reminders free, Junip sends unlimited request emails free, and Judge.me's auto-reminders come with Awesome.
  • Stars on search and collection cards. If Sledge runs your search and filters, switch on Judge.me, Loox or Klaviyo Reviews under “Settings & Support”, then “Integration”, and their stars show on the product cards in its results.
The Integration page in the Sledge admin, with rows for Judge.me Product Reviews, Loox Product Reviews and Klaviyo Reviews, each with an on and off switch.
In Sledge, Settings & Support, then Integration: switch on one review app and its stars show on Sledge's product cards.

Moving

How do you move your reviews off Yotpo without losing them?

A test export can come back short, because Yotpo's file may miss reviews from the last 24 hours.

  1. Export from Yotpo. In the main menu, open “Manage”, then “Reviews”, then “Export”. Yotpo emails a link to the file within an hour. Run the final export a day after your last new review.
  2. Import into the new app. Follow the route in its section above. You upload the file to Judge.me, Junip, Loox, Klaviyo Reviews or REVIEWS.io, while Okendo and Stamped run the move for you.
  3. Remove Yotpo's review blocks. Open “Online Store”, then “Themes”, then “Customize”, so no product page shows two review sections.
  4. Check, then uninstall. Open a product with reviews and check its stars. Uninstall Yotpo only once every review has moved, as Shopify's help asks.

Troubleshooting

Why are my Yotpo reviews not showing?

Reviews come in, but some never reach the store, or the stars vanish from your collection pages after a theme change. Yotpo's own help names these checks.

  • Is the review published? Look for it in the “Moderation panel”.
  • Has it had time? New or imported reviews can take up to 4 hours to appear, and widget changes up to 3.
  • Did you edit the product? An edit can give it a new ID, which leaves its reviews on the old one.
  • Does the product have reviews? Stars show only beside products with published reviews, and the widget may not appear on the homepage or other non-product pages.
  • Are there two widgets? Remove the duplicate under “Online Store”, then “Themes”, then “Customize”.

If this is the third time through the list, the move above is the way out.

What is the best Yotpo alternative for Shopify?

For most stores, Judge.me. Its free plan keeps unlimited reviews with photos and videos, and its Awesome plan adds Q&A and Google Shopping for $15 a month, Judge.me's top price. If you want Yotpo Pro's AI review summaries on more orders, Okendo's Growth plan covers up to 1,500 orders for $119. Junip suits stores whose order count keeps climbing.

Is there a free alternative to Yotpo Reviews?

Yes. As of October 2026, Judge.me's free plan keeps unlimited reviews, Junip's has no order cap, and Loox is free up to 500 orders. Yotpo, Okendo and Klaviyo Reviews stop their free plans at 50 orders a month, and Klaviyo Reviews also needs a paid Klaviyo email plan. REVIEWS.io sends 25 free invites a month. Stamped starts at $23.

Can I move my Yotpo reviews to another app?

Yes. In Yotpo, open “Manage”, then “Reviews”, and click “Export”; Yotpo emails you a link to the file within an hour. Judge.me, Loox, Junip and Klaviyo Reviews take that file, and Okendo and Stamped move it for you. Questions and answers stay behind, and reviews from the last 24 hours may be missing, so export again later.

What is the Yotpo reviews tab, and do other apps have one?

Yotpo's Reviews Tab sits on any store page you add it to, and clicking it opens a window with your store reviews, product reviews or both. It does not show on phones. You add it from “On-Site Widgets”, then “Reviews Tab”, on every Yotpo plan. Judge.me's Floating Reviews Tab does the same job on its $15 Awesome plan.

Does Sledge replace Yotpo Reviews?

Not for most stores leaving Yotpo. Sledge collects photo reviews and lets you publish, hide and reply to each one, but it sends no review request emails, cannot import your Yotpo file and adds no Google stars. If you move to Judge.me, Loox or Klaviyo Reviews, Sledge can show their stars in its search results and filtered collections.

See what your next fixes are worth in dollars

Once your reviews have a new home, put their stars where shoppers browse. Sledge shows Judge.me, Loox or Klaviyo Reviews stars on the product cards in its search results and filtered collections. On a paid plan, Growth Intelligence reads your searches and orders, and adds up its fixes in one dollar total labeled “Est. potential”.
