Summarize with AI

Your store passed 200 orders a month, Okendo's next reviews plan costs $119 instead of $19, and Okendo Loyalty, billed on its own, makes it $418 a month. For most stores, Judge.me covers reviews for $15 a month at most, Q&A and AI summaries included, and Smile.io runs loyalty free to 200 orders a month, then $15 to 500.

At a glance

Which Okendo alternative costs least at 250 orders a month?

Okendo bills by monthly orders, so each app below is priced at 250 a month, just past the 200-order cap on Okendo's Essential plan.

App Replaces Free plan At 250 orders a month Takes your Okendo data
Judge.me Reviews Yes, unlimited reviews $0, or $15 for Q&A, AI summaries and Klaviyo Upload the export, or send it to its support
Junip Reviews Yes, no order cap $0, $29, or $79 for attribute filters and Klaviyo Pick Okendo in its importer
Fera Reviews No $29, since the $9 plan stops at 200 Its upload template; confirm with its support
Loox Reviews Until 500 orders after the trial $0 for about two months, then $49.99 Okendo is a named source in its importer
Klaviyo Reviews Reviews Free to 50 orders, if you pay for Klaviyo email $25, plus that email plan Its importer has an Okendo guide
REVIEWS.io Reviews 25 invites a month $45, if every order gets an invite Paid plan, first 90 days; ask first
Growave Reviews and loyalty Up to 200 orders a month $15 on Entry Copy the export into its template, or send it to support
Smile.io Loyalty Up to 200 orders a month $15 on Essential Points balances by file
Okendo Where you are now Reviews up to 50 orders a month Reviews $119, plus Loyalty $299 Exports reviews, questions and points

Reviews and loyalty together at 250 orders: Judge.me Awesome plus Smile.io Essential is $30 a month, and Okendo is $418, or $348 on a bundle that normally needs an annual term. Growave covers both halves for $15.

Okendo's five tools

Which part of Okendo are you replacing?

Okendo is a Shopify app with five connected tools: reviews, loyalty, referrals, quizzes and surveys, all under one App Store listing. It prices reviews and loyalty as separate products, so name the half you are leaving first.

The first six apps below replace reviews. Growave takes over both halves at once, and Smile.io replaces loyalty alone. Quizzes and surveys sit outside this page.

Okendo's price

How much does Okendo cost in 2026?

The pricing section of Okendo's Shopify App Store listing: Free to 50 orders a month, Essential at $19 to 200, Growth at $119 to 1,500 with AI review summaries and a Q&A widget, and Power at $299 to 3,500.

Okendo's pricing page sets each product's monthly price by your order band. The bundle is reviews, loyalty and surveys together.

Orders a month Reviews Loyalty Reviews, loyalty and surveys
0 to 200 $19 $99 $96
201 to 1,500 $119 $299 $348
1,501 to 3,500 $299 $699 $789
3,501 to 10,000 $499 $999 $1,223

The App Store listing adds a free reviews plan up to 50 orders a month. Past 10,000 orders, Okendo quotes a custom price. All five tools together run from $105 to $1,497 a month across the four bands.

Q&A and AI review summaries start on Growth, at $119 a month. Klaviyo, Attentive and Postscript are add-ons on Essential and Growth, and come included from Power. Google Seller Ratings stay an add-on until Enterprise.

Hit your plan's order limit and Okendo offers two ways on: upgrade, or buy a one-off top-up of order credits. The bundle costs 30% less than the three bought apart. It normally needs an annual term, while a single product can go month to month.

Okendo's reviews

What do Okendo's App Store reviews say?

Okendo holds 4.8 stars from 1,445 App Store reviews, and 95% of them give five. Only 41 sit at one to three stars, and the newest of those mostly describe slow help after setup, setups that took weeks, and fees.

Method

How did we pick these Okendo alternatives?

Each review app publishes its prices on its App Store listing and takes in reviews from a file. The two loyalty picks run points and rewards free up to 200 orders a month. Then we ranked by why stores leave Okendo: a price that jumps with orders, Q&A and Klaviyo kept for higher plans, review attributes, and loyalty last.

Picking your first review app, with nothing to move? Start with the free plans compared. For why stars on a product page sell at all, read up on social proof.

Alternative 1 · Judge.me

Okendo vs Judge.me: does $15 a month cover what Growth costs $119 for?

The top of the Judge.me Product Reviews App listing on the Shopify App Store, with its developer line, pricing line and screenshot row.

You moved up to Okendo Growth for Q&A and AI summaries, and now pay $119 a month for them. Judge.me puts both on its Awesome plan and caps its price at $15 a month, by its own pricing page.

Forever Free leaves product, store, photo and video reviews uncapped. It also adds rich snippets (your stars in Google results) and syncs reviews to Amazon, Etsy and the Shop app.

Awesome adds custom questions, product grouping, auto-reminders, Google Shopping and Klaviyo, and its trial lasts 15 days. Okendo groups reviews on its free plan, so if you group them today, plan on Awesome.

To move, upload the Okendo export yourself, or let Judge.me's support run the import for you. Judge.me says it keeps the verified badge where it can match the purchase, and may ask for proof where it cannot.

The gap: no loyalty beyond coupons and referrals, and Judge.me's Okendo page is silent on attribute answers.

Best for: cutting the bill without losing Q&A.

Alternative 2 · Junip

Okendo vs Junip: will your attribute filters survive the move?

The top of the Junip Product Reviews App & AI listing on the Shopify App Store, with its developer line, pricing line and screenshot row.

Shoppers filter your reviews by skin type or fit before they buy. Junip's Growth plan, at $79 a month, lists “Search, custom attributes & filters”, and no Junip plan caps your orders.

Free sends unlimited request emails and adds rich snippets, phone-first forms and widgets for your product pages. For $29, Core adds requests with media, incentives, replies and product grouping.

Growth brings Klaviyo, Postscript, Meta Shops, TikTok Shop, Google Shopping and Shop app syndication. AI summaries wait for Premium, at $299, and every paid plan starts with a free week.

Junip's help covers the move from Okendo: export from Okendo, then in Junip's Reviews section click “Import”, select “Okendo” and drop in the file.

The gap: Junip's Okendo guide doesn't say whether attribute answers arrive with the reviews, so ask its support first. Its plan cards also list no Q&A.

Best for: keeping the review attributes shoppers filter by.

Alternative 3 · Fera

Okendo vs Fera: where do Q&A and AI cost $9?

The top of the Fera Product Reviews App listing on the Shopify App Store, with a pricing line that starts at $9 a month and a video tile beside the screenshots.

You want Okendo's Q&A without Growth's price. Fera's Startup plan lists a Questions & Answers widget and AI features for $9 a month, up to 200 orders, with unlimited reviews and integrations.

Past 200 orders, Small costs $29 for up to 2,000 and adds product groups. Medium is $99 up to 20,000 and Semi-Large $199 up to 50,000. The free trial lasts 30 days.

Fera takes Okendo reviews through its upload template; check the steps with its support.

The gap: Fera has no free plan, and its listing carries no Built for Shopify badge.

Best for: Q&A for $29 or less, up to 2,000 orders a month.

Alternative 4 · Loox

Loox vs Okendo: which handles photo reviews better?

The top of the Loox Product Reviews App listing on the Shopify App Store, with its developer line, pricing line and screenshot row.

Shoppers decide from the photos, and Okendo charges media galleries as an add-on on Essential. Loox's free Beginner plan already rewards a photo review with a discount.

Beginner also emails and reminds buyers, carries 17+ widgets and rich snippets, and syndicates reviews to the Shop app. It lasts until 500 orders after the trial, then the plan closes: about two months at 250 a month.

Convert starts at $49.99 a month, which covers 300 orders; each further 300 adds $50. It brings video reviews and AI summaries, with 14 free days to try it. Unlimited is $299.99.

Okendo is a named source in Loox's importer: “Manage Reviews”, “Import Reviews”, then “Okendo”. Upload the file untouched, and Loox emails a summary of anything that failed.

The gap: no Q&A or review attributes on its plan cards.

Best for: products shoppers judge by their photos.

Alternative 5 · Klaviyo Reviews

Okendo vs Klaviyo Reviews: what if Klaviyo already sends your emails?

The top of the Klaviyo: Product Reviews listing on the Shopify App Store, with its developer line, pricing line and screenshot row.

Your Klaviyo review flow broke, and your plan came with help articles instead of a person. Okendo lists Klaviyo as an add-on below Power, which costs $299. Klaviyo Reviews stores reviews in the same account as your campaigns and asks for them by email and SMS, with custom questions and coupons.

You need a paid Klaviyo email plan to use it. The reviews tiers run by monthly orders: free to 50, $25 to 250, $90 to 1,000, $175 to 2,000 and $300 to 3,500. Charges may be billed outside your Shopify invoice.

Its importer has a guide for Okendo, and the video links in Okendo's file come across. Custom questions import from Yotpo only, so Okendo's attribute answers will not arrive as custom questions.

The gap: two bills, and past 250 orders the next tier on its table is $90.

Best for: keeping reviews and email in one Klaviyo account.

Alternative 6 · REVIEWS.io

Okendo vs REVIEWS.io: when are Google Seller Ratings included?

The top of the REVIEWS.io Product Reviews App listing on the Shopify App Store, with its developer line, pricing line and screenshot row.

Okendo keeps Google Seller Ratings as an add-on on every plan short of Enterprise. REVIEWS.io puts them in its $19 Launch plan, next to rich snippets and its Review Nuggets.

The free plan stops at 25 invites a month. It already gathers store reviews beside product reviews, with photos, video, Klaviyo and Shop app syndication. For $45, Launch Plus raises invites to 500 and adds attributes, product grouping, AI review summaries and Expert Answers, the app's Q&A. A 14-day trial comes first.

Because the plans count invites rather than orders, asking every buyer at 250 orders a month means Launch Plus. Imports need a paid plan and must happen within your first 90 days. Its import guide names Okendo only for store reviews, so check with REVIEWS.io before moving product reviews.

The gap: that 90-day limit, and charges that may land outside your Shopify bill.

Best for: Seller Ratings on the ads you already run.

Alternative 7 · Growave

Growave: can one app replace Okendo's reviews and loyalty?

The top of the Growave: Loyalty & Wishlist listing on the Shopify App Store, with its Built for Shopify badge, pricing line and a screenshot of wishlist, VIP tier, points, referral and review cards.

You want reviews and loyalty in one app, on one bill. Growave's free plan covers 200 orders a month with loyalty points, a wishlist and product reviews, under Growave branding.

Entry, at $15, covers 500 orders, then $20 per extra 100, and adds referrals, a review request email series and one integration such as Klaviyo. VIP tiers, store credit, Google Shopping reviews and review attributes wait for Growave's Growth plan: $199 for 1,500 orders, then $15 per 100. Plus is $499 for 3,000. Paid plans start with a 14-day trial.

To move, open “Import/Export” in Growave, then the “Import” tab and the “Reviews & Q&A” card. Copy your Okendo export into the matching columns of its template, or send the files to its support. Its help article does not name Okendo.

The gap: the $15-to-$199 jump for tiers and attributes. For its wishlist, the Swym Wishlist Plus alternatives compare Growave with seven others.

Best for: one app covering both halves.

Alternative 8 · Smile.io

Smile.io: what replaces Okendo Loyalty for less?

The top of the Smile: Loyalty Program Rewards listing on the Shopify App Store, with its Built for Shopify badge, a Build Award box and its pricing line.

Okendo Loyalty costs $99 a month for up to 200 orders and $299 up to 1,500, on top of reviews. Smile.io runs points, rewards and referrals free up to 200 orders a month.

For $15, Essential raises the cap to 500 orders and adds a loyalty page and one integration such as Klaviyo. Standard is $79 for 1,000, with two, such as Klaviyo and Judge.me. Smile's Growth plan, $199 for 2,500 orders and $20 per extra 100, is the first with VIP tiers and points expiry. The trial lasts 14 days.

Okendo's Customer Profiles export carries each member's points balance, pending points, points spent and VIP tier. Smile takes a file of each customer's email and points under “Customers”, “Adjust customers”, then “Adjust points totals”. Balances move to Smile.io; earning history stays behind, and its help warns that a file import cannot be undone.

The gap: no reviews, and tiers cost $199, while Okendo puts every loyalty feature on every loyalty plan.

Best for: the loyalty half, paired with a review app.

The other suites

Okendo vs Yotpo and Stamped: are the other big suites cheaper?

In some order bands. Yotpo Starter undercuts Okendo Growth from 201 to 599 orders, without AI summaries. Stamped has no free plan, but its team runs the move.

Okendo vs Yotpo

Yotpo Pro costs $119 a month only up to 299 orders, then $169 up to 599 and $269 up to 1,999. Okendo Growth holds at $119 up to 1,500. Below Pro, Yotpo Starter is $59 at 200 to 299 orders and $89 at 300 to 599, but its listing keeps AI summaries and custom questions for Pro. Yotpo Loyalty is free to start, and its paid tiers begin at $199 a month.

Okendo vs Stamped

Stamped starts at $23 a month up to 200 orders, then $99 up to 1,000 and $199 up to 5,000. Its listing names Q&A plus syncing to the Shop app, Meta and Google Shopping, and Stamped's team handles the review move itself.

Leaving Yotpo instead? Here are seven Yotpo alternatives, each priced for a store at 500 monthly orders.

Before you leave

What must the new apps match before you cancel Okendo?

  • Attribute answers. Okendo's reviews file carries every product and profile attribute. Klaviyo Reviews will not take them as custom questions, and Junip and REVIEWS.io list attributes only on paid plans, so ask before you switch.
  • Questions and answers. Exporting them needs Okendo Growth or above. Fera's $9 Startup, Judge.me Awesome, Stamped and REVIEWS.io Launch Plus all list Q&A.
  • Klaviyo flows. Pausing Okendo's request sequence also stops the events it sends to Klaviyo. Judge.me includes Klaviyo at $15 and Junip at $79, so connect the new app before you pause.
  • Points and VIP tiers. Export Customer Profiles for each member's balance and tier. Smile.io takes balances by file, and tiers cost $199 on Smile's Growth plan and on Growave's.
  • Links between the two halves. Okendo runs reviews and loyalty as connected apps in one install. With two apps, check that your review app is among your loyalty plan's integrations: Smile's Essential plan allows one, Standard two.
  • Your contract. Bundles normally run on annual terms, so find your end date before you cancel.
  • The Shop app. Reviews moved by file from Okendo to Judge.me or Loox won't show in the Shop app: Shopify excludes reviews moved between its review partners that way.
  • Stars on Sledge search results. Okendo's stars never reach Sledge's product cards; the stars of Judge.me, Loox and Klaviyo Reviews do. With Sledge on your search and filters, open “Settings & Support”, choose “Integration” and switch on your new review app, one at a time: its stars then show in search results, instant search and filtered collections.

The switch

How do you move off Okendo without losing reviews or points?

Okendo exports reviews, questions and every loyalty member's points, so nothing has to start from zero.

  1. Export from Okendo. Open “Settings”, then “Import/Export”. Click the export icon beside Reviews, choose “All time” and click “Request Export”. Do the same for Questions & Answers, on Growth and above, and for Customer Profiles, which hold the points. Okendo emails a link to each file, and a large one can take a while.
  2. Bring the files into the new apps. Judge.me, Junip, Loox and Klaviyo Reviews each publish steps for an Okendo file. Fera and Growave take it through their own template, and REVIEWS.io needs a paid plan and your first 90 days. Smile.io takes the points file under “Customers”.
  3. Stop Okendo's requests. Under “Mail”, then “Sequences”, set the review request flow's status to Draft and save, so no buyer gets asked twice.
  4. Swap the review blocks. In the theme editor (“Online Store”, “Themes”, “Customize”), take out Okendo's app blocks and add the new app's, one review section per product page.
  5. Check, then uninstall. Pick a product that had reviews and a customer who had points, and check both in the new apps. Shopify's help asks you to transfer every review before uninstalling, since the partner app that collected them is where they live.

Your pick

Which Okendo alternative fits your store?

  • Price is why you are leaving. Judge.me: $0 at 250 orders, or $15 with Q&A and AI summaries.
  • Shoppers filter your reviews by fit or skin type. Junip: $0 at 250 orders, or $79 for attribute filters.
  • You need Q&A on a small budget. Fera: $29 at 250 orders.
  • Shoppers buy from the photos. Loox: free until 500 orders after the trial, then $49.99 at 250 a month.
  • Your email lives in Klaviyo. Klaviyo Reviews: $25 at 250 orders, on top of your Klaviyo email plan.
  • Google Seller Ratings matter to your ads. REVIEWS.io: $45 at 250 orders, if every order gets an invite.
  • You want one app for both halves. Growave: $15 at 250 orders.
  • Only the loyalty half is moving. Smile.io: $15 at 250 orders.

What is the best Okendo alternative for Shopify?

Judge.me suits most stores leaving Okendo. Unlimited reviews cost nothing there, and $15 a month adds Q&A, AI review summaries and Klaviyo. Okendo puts Q&A and summaries on its $119 Growth plan and includes Klaviyo only from Power, at $299. For the loyalty half, Smile.io is free up to 200 orders a month.

How much does Okendo cost in 2026?

Okendo Reviews costs nothing up to 50 orders a month. Past that, it costs $19 up to 200, $119 up to 1,500 and $299 up to 3,500. Loyalty is priced on its own, from $99 a month for up to 200 orders and $299 up to 1,500. Okendo's bundles cost less, but they normally need an annual term.

How do I export my reviews from Okendo?

In Okendo, open “Settings”, then “Import/Export”, and click the export icon next to Reviews. Choose “All time” and click “Request Export”; a download link arrives by email. Questions and answers export only on Growth and above. A Customer Profiles export carries each loyalty member's points balance.

Does Okendo work with Klaviyo on every plan?

Not on every plan. Okendo's plan table lists Klaviyo as an add-on on Essential and Growth, and includes it from Power, at $299 a month for up to 3,500 orders. Judge.me includes Klaviyo on its $15 Awesome plan and Junip on its $79 Growth plan. Klaviyo Reviews keeps your reviews inside Klaviyo itself.

Okendo vs Yotpo: which is cheaper?

It depends on your order count. For AI review summaries, Okendo Growth stays at $119 a month all the way to 1,500 orders, while Yotpo Pro costs $119 only up to 299, then $169 and $269. For loyalty, Yotpo Loyalty starts free and charges from $199 a month, and Okendo Loyalty starts at $99 for 200 orders.

Once the reviews move, find what to fix next

Switch on the Judge.me, Loox or Klaviyo Reviews integration in Sledge, and that app's stars follow your products into Sledge search. Growth Intelligence, part of every paid plan, reads your store's orders and searches, then prices its fixes together in one dollar figure, “Est. potential”.
