What happens on a Sledge demo call?

We start with your store and what you're trying to improve. Then we show you the relevant part of Sledge on a live Shopify store: search, filters, merchandising, bundles, Growth Intelligence, or whatever fits your problem. You can ask questions as we go.

Do I need to install Sledge before the call?

No. You don't need to install anything or change your theme. We'll use a live demo store so you can see how Sledge works first. If it makes sense for your store, you can decide what to do next afterward.

Will this be a generic product demo?

No. We'd rather spend the call on the problem you actually came with than walk you through every feature in Sledge. If search is the issue, we focus on search. If merchandising is costing you sales, we focus there.

Will Sledge modify my Shopify theme?

Sledge is designed to work without permanently editing your theme files. If you uninstall it later, you won't be left cleaning up a pile of Sledge code.

Can I just install Sledge and try it myself?

Absolutely. Sledge comes with a 14-day free trial, and development stores can use it free. The demo is useful if you want to know how Sledge fits your particular store before spending time setting everything up.

How much does Sledge cost?

Plans start at $29.99/month, with flat monthly pricing rather than pricing that increases with your sales. We can also tell you on the call which plan actually fits your store. There's no reason to pay for more than you need.

What if Sledge isn't the right fit?

We'll tell you. The point of the call is to figure out whether Sledge can solve the problem you bring us. If it can't, it's better for both of us to know that before you spend time installing it.
