Which Shopify themes does Sledge support?
Sledge supports 47 Shopify themes by name: 25 free themes, Dawn and Horizon included, and 22 premium themes, such as Impulse, Prestige and Warehouse. On each one, Sledge's search, filters and product cards take on your theme's colors, fonts and corners, with no code. On any other theme, Sledge runs in its standard look.
What if my theme is not on the list?
Sledge still runs on it. Your search, filters and product cards show in Sledge's standard look instead of your theme's, and they still sit where your store's pages expect them. Expanse and Motion run Sledge this way.
Will Sledge change my theme?
No, Sledge never edits your theme files. It runs once you switch on Sledge Core, the switch that turns Sledge on in your theme editor, and switching it off brings back your theme's own search and filters.
Do I need a developer to set Sledge up on my theme?
No. Sledge reads which theme your store runs, so there is no code to add. Switch on Sledge Core under App embeds in your theme editor and save, then turn on the tools you want in Sledge.
Do Sledge's product cards match my theme on every supported theme?
On 45 of the 47, yes. On Supply and Turbo, Sledge shows its standard product card.
My theme is a renamed copy of one on the list. Will Sledge know it?
It can. Sledge knows a theme by the name the theme carries, so it may not know a copy renamed by a developer at first. Tell Sledge support the new name, and support can add it to the theme your copy came from.
Will Sledge slow down my theme?
Sledge loads without holding up your page. One app in place of several also leaves your store fewer files to load.
