What is a product bundle?
A product bundle is two or more products sold together as a single offer, either at one fixed price or at a percent off the combined total. The shopper gets a better deal than buying each item alone, and the store sells two products in the time it takes to sell one.
How does bundle pricing work?
Say you sell coffee gear. A bag of beans is $18, a grinder is $42, and a filter pack is $10: $70 bought separately. You bundle all three as a starter kit at $59. The shopper saves $11, you turn an $18 order into a $59 one, and the slow-moving grinder finally moves.
Fixed price or percent off, same idea: the bundle's price makes three decisions feel like one.
On Shopify stores
Shopify supports fixed bundles natively, and apps build the richer kinds on top. The pattern: pick products shoppers already buy together (your order history knows), show the bundle card where the decision happens, and make the saving visible, $59 next to a crossed-out $70. Each item should track its own stock too, so a sold-out grinder never sells a broken kit.
Product bundles with Sledge
Sledge offers nine offer types in Sledge Bundles, from fixed bundles at one price to quantity breaks, mix and match, and build-your-own. Bundles sell on product pages, in instant search, in search results, in collections, and in the cart. And built-in Growth Intelligence finds the pairings already sitting in your orders, suggests the bundle, estimates the monthly impact in dollars, then measures it against real sales.
